Carpet Cleaning Specifications
RestorationMaster has developed cleaning procedures to correctly clean your carpets. We begin by pre-spraying the carpet to accelerate soil release. Then the carpet is rinse-extracted using high performance truck-mounted equipment. The rinse-extraction also uses a specially formulated pH-balancing fiber rinse that removes carpet cleaning solution residue. All that is left behind is cleaner, softer carpet. The carpet pre-spray takes care of the majority of spots, however, some spots require special treatment. All RestorationMaster Technicians are trained and equipped to deal with specialty spots. When cleaning is completed, technicians perform a final inspection and groom the carpet to set the pile for efficient drying and uniform appearance.
Carpet Protectors
Carpet manufacturers apply protectors at the factory to help your carpets stay cleaner longer. But normal wear and tear (not to mention the abnormal kind) will wear off the protector over time. RestorationMaster recommends and applies Maxim Advanced carpet protector. Maxim Advanced renews the originally factory applied protector. Maxim Advanced provides excellent soil and stain resistance.
Upholstery Cleaning Services
RestorationMaster’s courteous and professional technicians are specially trained to clean all types of upholstery from herculon and micro-fiber to Haitian cotton. We begin by pre-spraying the upholstery to accelerate soil release. Then the upholstery is rinse-extracted using high performance truck-mounted equipment. Our rinse-extraction process uses a specially formulated pH-balancing fiber rinse that helps to remove the cleaning solution residue. All that is left behind is cleaner, softer upholstery.
The pre-treatment takes care of the majority of spots, however, some spots require special treatment. There are multiple cleaning techniques at our disposal. If you or the technician has any concerns several tests can be performed to determine the best method for your upholstery.
Tile and Grout Cleaning Services
Let RestorationMaster take one more cleaning job off your hands (and knees), with a powerful, yet safe and gentle, effective cleaning process. RestorationMaster uses a high pressure hot water rinse with an enclosed vacuum system. RestorationMaster also can apply a grout sealer after the clean. This extra layer of protection seals the grout, making it resistant to spills and stains, keeping the grout looking clean.
