When I had a fluke water incident in my basement, they were quick to respond and begin the remediation/dry-out process. Thereafter, the “Restore” team was dispatched to get the damaged part of my basement back to status quo. Big Kudos to Andy/Project Manager who was very communicative, on time, energetic, nice, and explained each step of the “Restore” process. He even vacuumed the carpet prior to the rug cleaning team coming in and pitched in on the actual work process w/Mitchell . Thanks to Mitchell who did the plaster work, trim, other carpenter stuff, and painting. He was very neat, did a nice job, and cleaned up each day. The carpet cleaning team lead by Brandon did a great job. My carpet looks like new. Everybody that came out to work seemed genuinely happy to be working the job. Thankyou, I am a happy customer!”
