I want to take a few minutes to tell you how much your team meant to me.

I got home after almost 5 hours of driving to find Richard and David already in my house.

They got right to work as I walked around my water filled house. They had already put all my furniture up on blocks and fans were being set up after we finally got the water turned off. It was turned off at 5 o’clock but the firemen turned it back on at 5:30. It was finally turned off at 12:30am. Richard and David got right to work doing what they had been trained to do. It was very comforting to know these men knew exactly what to do. Their confidence gave me the mindset that all would work out. They came out each day checking for moisture and adjusting the fans.

Then, the pack out crew came lead by Tammy. She was so positive and helpful. She got right to work packing up all my house which seemed overwhelming to me. She worked and worked until everything was in boxes. She never even stopped for a break. The guys came in and wrapped each piece of furniture carefully and loading everything.

The response to my call was quick and your team came prepared to take care of what was needed. They were professional, kind, and very helpful. Each day I would get a call to let me know when they would arrive to check on the moisture level and check their equipment. I appreciated their friendly attitude. Coincidentally, I had a circuit go bad which put several electrical outlets out of service. They tried to help me find the problem before I called an electrician which was very nice of them.
